Kontserni peamine tegevusala on puitkiudplaadi tootmine ja hulgim\u00fc\u00fck, mille m\u00fc\u00fcgitulu 2024. aasta 1. kvartalis oli 1,95 miljonit eurot (2023. aasta 1. kvartalis 2,59 miljonit eurot). \u00dclej\u00e4\u00e4nud segmendiks on P\u00e4rnus Suur-J\u00f5e t\u00e4naval oleva kinnisvara haldamine, mille m\u00fc\u00fcgitulu 2024. aasta 1. kvartalis oli 0,01 miljonit eurot (2023. aasta 1 kvartalis samuti 0,01 miljonit eurot).<\/p>\n<p>Puitkiudplaatide peamiseks m\u00fc\u00fcgitulu languse p\u00f5hjuseks (2023. aasta 1. kvartal v\u00f5rreldes 2024. aasta 1. kvartaliga) on tarnete l\u00f5ppemine Taani suurkliendile (tarned l\u00f5ppesid 2023. aasta juunis). 2024. aasta 1 kvartali l\u00f5puks lisandunud uued kliendid on asendanud 40% 2023 aasta 1. kvartali Taani suurkliendi m\u00fc\u00fcgitulust. Ettev\u00f5tte peamine fookus on j\u00e4tkuvalt uute klientide leidmisel, eesm\u00e4rgiga laiendad kliendiportfelli ja leida uusi \u00e4risuundi.<\/p>\n<p>Nordic Fibreboard AS konsolideeritud EBITDA oli 2024. aasta 1. kvartalis positiivne 53 tuhat eurot (2023. aasta 1. kvartalis negatiivne 94 tuhat eurot). EBITDA marginaal oli 2024. aasta 1. kvartalis 3% ning 2023. aasta 1. kvartalis (4%). Kuigi turul on n\u00e4ha m\u00f5ningasi elavnemise m\u00e4rke, on mahtude kasv endiselt tagasihoidlik.<\/p>\n<p>Nordic Fibreboard AS on v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tamas \u00e4riarenduse strateegiat, mille toel on plaan pikas perspektiivis laiendada ettev\u00f5te v\u00e4\u00e4rtuspakkumist mitte ainult ehitusturul vaid l\u00e4bi strateegilise tegevuse juurde v\u00f5ita turuosa ka uutel \u00e4risuundadel. Ettev\u00f5te on kaardistamas vajadusi nii meeskonna kui teiste toetavate resursside arendamiseks, et toetada oma pikaajalist \u00e4riarenduse strateegia elluviimist ning seatud eesm\u00e4rkide saavutamist milleks on tootmismahtude t\u00f5us ning ettev\u00f5tte v\u00e4\u00e4rtuspakkumise pidev arendus. Ettev\u00f5te j\u00e4tkab aktiivset panustamist tootearendusse, tagamaks oma tegevuse j\u00e4tkusuutlikkust ja kasvu turul.
