Vastavalt 29.06.2007 l\u00e4bi Tallinna B\u00f6rsi infos\u00fcsteemi avaldatud jagunemiskavale, kehtivad alates t\u00e4nasest j\u00e4rgmised muudatused: <br \/><br \/> 1. Praeguse b\u00f6rsiettev\u00f5tte \u00e4rinimi muutus AS-ks Trigon Property Development. \u00dchingu praegu ainuke kinnisvara ja esimene arendusprojekt, mida omatakse l\u00e4bi 100% t\u00fctarettev\u00f5tja O\u00dc VN Niidu Kinnisvara, on 40 ha suurune maa-ala, mis asetseb P\u00e4rnu l\u00e4histel, Eestis. J\u00f5ustus AS Trigon Property Development p\u00f5hikirja uus redaktsioon, mille terviktekst on avaldatud 05.07.2007 b\u00f6rsiteates. <br \/> 2. K\u00f5ik muud tegevuseks vajalikud varad ja \u00fchingu ehitusmaterjalide ning m\u00f6\u00f6blidivisjoni tegevus on \u00fcle antud uuele \u00fchingule, mis asutati jagunemise k\u00e4igus eraldumise teel. Uue \u00fchingu nimi on AS Viisnurk. <br \/><br \/> Osana arenguplaanidest ja nagu avaldatud 29.06.2007.a. b\u00f6rsiteates, viib AS Trigon Property Development hetkel l\u00f5pule toiminguid teiste mahukate kinnisvara arendusprojektide kaasamiseks oma kinnisvara arendusprojektide koosseisu. Selle eesm\u00e4rgi t\u00e4itmiseks planeerib juhatus kokku kutsuda aktsion\u00e4ride erakorralise koosoleku AS Trigon Property Development aktsiakapitali suurendamise otsustamiseks selliselt, et olemasolevad aktsion\u00e4rid saavad v\u00f5rdsed \u00f5igused osaleda uute aktsiate m\u00e4rkimisel. Emissiooni k\u00e4igus kaasatakse \u00fchingusse uued kinnisvara arendusprojektid s\u00f5ltumatult m\u00e4\u00e4ratud v\u00e4\u00e4rtuse alusel. T\u00e4psustavalt t\u00e4hendab see seda, et aktsiad emiteeritakse otsuse tegemise hetkel kehtiva turuhinnaga, kuid iga aktsia eest tasumine, mille eest tasutakse mitterahalise sissemaksega (ehk kinnisvara arendusprojektid), m\u00e4\u00e4ratakse erapooletu hindaja poolt koostatud hindamisakti alusel ilma hindamisaktile lisatud \u00fclekursita. Planeeritaval aktsion\u00e4ride koosolekul tehakse aktsion\u00e4ridele ka ettepanek valida praegune n\u00f5ukogu esimees \u00dclo Adamson ajutiselt AS-i Trigon Property Development juhatuse esimeheks. Aivar Kempi nimetatakse \u00fchingu juhatuse liikmeks. Aktsion\u00e4ride koosoleku t\u00e4pne aeg ja p\u00e4evakord tehakse teatavaks l\u00e4hip\u00e4evil eraldi b\u00f6rsiteates. <br \/><br \/> Juhatus on l\u00e4bi viinud ka n\u00f5utud ettevalmistused ja eeldab, et \u00e4sja registreeritud AS-i Viisnurk esimene kauplemisp\u00e4ev Tallinna B\u00f6rsil on 25.09.2007.a.
