Arvates v\u00e4lja ilma p\u00f5hjustatud m\u00f5ju, on AS Viisnurk p\u00f5hitegevus<\/div>\n<div>I kvartalis l\u00e4inud plaanide kohaselt. Ettev\u00f5tte juhtkond ei n\u00e4e vajadust I<\/div>\n<div>kvartali tulemuste taustal muuta 2006. aasta kasumieesm\u00e4rki, milleks oli<\/div>\n<div>konsolideeritud kasum 16-18 mln krooni (1-1,15 mln eurot). Ka aprilli ning<\/div>\n<div>mai esialgsete tulemuste kohaselt liigub ettev\u00f5te kasumi osas eelarves.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>AS Viisnurk 2006. aasta I kvartali m\u00fc\u00fcgitulu oli 53 mln krooni (3,4 mln<\/div>\n<div>eurot) ning puhaskasum 1,9 mln krooni (0,12 mln eurot). 2005. aasta samal<\/div>\n<div>perioodil oli ettev\u00f5te k\u00e4ive 61,9 mln krooni (4 mln eurot) ning kasum 3,9<\/div>\n<div>mln krooni (0,25 mln eurot), kusjuures 2005. aasta kasum sisaldas<\/div>\n<div>muuhulgas erakorralist kasumit kinnisvarainvesteeringute m\u00fc\u00fcgist summas<\/div>\n<div>1,4 mln krooni (0,09 mln eurot).<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Viisnurga koguvarade maht oli m\u00e4rtsi l\u00f5pu seisuga 157,6 mln krooni (10,1<\/div>\n<div>mln eurot), sellest moodustasid ettev\u00f5tte Ettev\u00f5tte m\u00fc\u00fck<\/div>\n<div>p\u00f5hiturgudel Soomes ja Venemaal on l\u00e4inud vastavalt planeeritule. Eriti<\/div>\n<div>positiivne on asjaolu, et kui veel eelmise aasta I kvartalis m\u00fc\u00fcs divisjon<\/div>\n<div>oma endisele suurimale allhankepartnerile IKEA-le m\u00f6\u00f6blit 7,1 mln krooni<\/div>\n<div>(0,45 mln eurot) eest siis t\u00e4naseks on \u00f5nnestunud, p\u00e4rast IKEA-ga koost\u00f6\u00f6<\/div>\n<div>l\u00f5petamist eelmise aasta l\u00f5pus, kogu m\u00fc\u00fck asendada teistele klientidele.<\/div>\n<div>Sealjuures on kasvava kulubaasi tingimustes paranenud divisjoni<\/div>\n<div>kasumlikkus. M\u00f6\u00f6bli jaem\u00fc\u00fck koduturul n\u00e4itab endiselt kasvutendentsi ning<\/div>\n<div>divisjonis tehakse ettevalmistusi strateegiakohaseks jae\u00e4ri laiendamiseks<\/div>\n<div>l\u00e4hiturgudele.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Ehitusmaterjalide divisjon<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Ehitusmaterjalide divisjonis saavutati 3 kuu m\u00fc\u00fcgituluks 21 mln krooni<\/div>\n<div>(1,3 mln eurot) ja kasumiks 1,7 mln krooni (0,1 mln eurot). Eelmise aasta<\/div>\n<div>samal perioodil oli divisjoni k\u00e4ive 29,3 mln krooni (1,9 mln eurot) ja<\/div>\n<div>kasum 5,2 mln krooni (0,3 mln eurot).<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>I kvartalis m\u00f5jutasid divisjoni tegevust oluliselt aasta alguse<\/div>\n<div>erakorralised ilmastikutingimused, mis \u00fchelt poolt v\u00e4hendasid \u00fcldist<\/div>\n<div>n\u00f5udlust divisjoni toodangu j\u00e4rele ning teiselt poolt p\u00f5hjustasid t\u00f5siseid<\/div>\n<div>h\u00e4ireid divisjoni varustamisel soojusenergiaga. Toodud probleem seiskas<\/div>\n<div>korduvalt pideva ts\u00fckliga t\u00f6\u00f6tava p\u00f5hiliini t\u00f6\u00f6 &#8211; kokku kaotati<\/div>\n<div>seisakutega rohkem kui 15% liini v\u00f5imalikust t\u00f6\u00f6ajast. Lisaks eeltoodule<\/div>\n<div>v\u00f5eti eelmise aasta teises pooles seoses konkurentsisituatsiooni<\/div>\n<div>pingestumisega vastu otsus alustada p\u00f5hiliini toodangu (eesk\u00e4tt<\/div>\n<div>\u00fcldehituses kasutatava tuulet\u00f5kkeplaadi) m\u00fc\u00fcki suurimal sihtturul Soomes<\/div>\n<div>iseseisvalt, oma kaubam\u00e4rgi all. See otsus, mis on suunatud pikaajalise<\/div>\n<div>edu saavutamisele turul, v\u00e4hendas l\u00fchiajalises perspektiivis 2006. aasta I<\/div>\n<div>kvartali m\u00fc\u00fcki kuna ehitusmaterjalide turul kehtivad valdavalt<\/div>\n<div>pikaajalised lepingud. Isotex siseviimistlusplaatide m\u00fc\u00fcgimahud ja<\/div>\n<div>tulemuslikkus olid planeeritud tasemetel.
