{"id":12935,"date":"2004-02-27T11:41:00","date_gmt":"2004-02-27T11:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nordicfibreboard.com\/investors\/auditeerimata-majandustulemused-2003\/"},"modified":"2004-02-27T11:41:00","modified_gmt":"2004-02-27T11:41:00","slug":"auditeerimata-majandustulemused-2003","status":"publish","type":"investors","link":"https:\/\/www.nordicfibreboard.com\/et\/investor\/auditeerimata-majandustulemused-2003\/","title":{"rendered":"Auditeerimata majandustulemused 2003"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a name=\"top\"><\/a>Tegevusalad<br \/><br \/>AS Viisnurk on enam kui poole sajandi pikkuse puiduv\u00e4\u00e4ristamise kogemusega mitme tootmisharuga puidut\u00f6\u00f6tlemisettev\u00f5te, mille p\u00f5hitegevusalaks on m\u00f6\u00f6blitootmine, kuigi praegu on ettev\u00f5ttel ka muid tegevusvaldkondi.<br \/><br \/>ASi Viisnurk \u00e4ri\u00fcksusteks on m\u00f6\u00f6blidivisjon, spordikaupade divisjon, ehitusmaterjalide divisjon ja puidudivisjon.<br \/><br \/>M\u00f6\u00f6blidivisjon h\u00f5lmab ettev\u00f5tte m\u00f6\u00f6blivabrikut, mis on keskendunud puidust kodusisustusm\u00f6\u00f6bli valmistamisele ja turustamisele. <br \/>Spordikaupade divisjon tegeleb murdmaasuuskade ja j\u00e4\u00e4hokikeppide tootmise ja turustamise ning spordi- ja vabaajatarvete vahendustegevusega.<br \/>Ehitusmaterjalide divisjonis toodetakse ja turustatakse kahte iseseisvat pehmetel puitkiudplaatidel baseeruvat tootekategooriat: soojus- ja heliisolatsiooni otstarbel kasutatavaid \u00fcldehitusplaate ning seinte ja lagede siseviimistlusplaate.<br \/>Puidudivisjoni koosseisu kuuluvad lehtpuu saeveski, kuivatikompleks ning liimpuiduvabrik.<br \/>Kontserni koosseisu kuulub lisaks 100% osalusega osa\u00fching Skano (registreeritud 01.09.2003), mis tegeleb m\u00f6\u00f6bli jaem\u00fc\u00fcgiga Tallinnas ja P\u00e4rnus.<br \/><br \/>Majandustegevuse \u00fclevaade<br \/><br \/>Netok\u00e4ive<br \/><br \/>ASi Viisnurk m\u00fc\u00fcgitulu oli 2003. aastal 392,3 miljonit krooni (25,1 miljonit eurot). V\u00f5rreldes eelmise aastaga suurenes ettev\u00f5tte k\u00e4ive 6,7%. Ettev\u00f5tte \u00e4ri\u00fcksustest teenisid kasumit ehitusmaterjalide divisjon (19,5 miljonit krooni\/1,2 miljonit eurot) ja m\u00f6\u00f6blidivisjon (6,8 miljonit krooni\/0,4 miljonit eurot), kahjumisse j\u00e4id puidudivisjon ning spordikaupade divisjon (vastavalt 52,9\/3,4 miljonit ja 24,5\/1,6 miljonit krooni\/eurot). Bilansi aktiva poolel j\u00e4i k\u00e4ibevarade maht 2002. aastaga v\u00f5rreldes samale tasemele, kuid p\u00f5hivarade j\u00e4\u00e4kv\u00e4\u00e4rtus v\u00e4henes 60,2 miljoni krooni (3,8 miljoni euro) v\u00f5rra. Seda \u00fchelt poolt p\u00f5hivarade allahindluste t\u00f5ttu puidudivisjonis ja spordikaupade divisjonis kogusummas 38,1 miljonit krooni (2,4 miljonit eurot) ning teisalt olid 2003. aasta investeeringud v\u00e4iksemad olemasoleva p\u00f5hivara kulumist. Ettev\u00f5tte kohustused j\u00e4id eelmise aastaga samale tasemele (206,8 miljonit krooni\/13,2 miljonit eurot), kuid l\u00fchiajaliste kohustuste osakaal kasvas m\u00e4rgatavalt (156,6 miljonit krooni\/10 miljonit eurot). See tulenes kahe 2004. aastal l\u00f5ppeva t\u00e4htajaga laenu (kogusummas 56 miljonit krooni\/3,6 miljonit eurot) kvalifitseerimisest l\u00fchiajalisteks kohustusteks. Laenud on kavas esimesel poolaastal refinant-seerida.<br \/><br \/>ASi Viisnurk \u00e4ritegevuse rahak\u00e4ive oli aruandeaastal 12,5 miljoni krooniga (0,8 miljoni euroga) positiivne. \u00c4ritegevusega seotud investeeringuteks kasutati aruandeaastal raha 7,8 miljonit krooni (0,5 miljonit eurot); ettev\u00f5tte kinnisvara ning p\u00f5hivara v\u00f5\u00f5randamisest laekus 4,7 miljonit krooni (0,3 miljonit eurot) ning laenude j\u00e4\u00e4k v\u00e4henes aastaga ligikaudu 10 miljonit krooni (0,6 miljonit eurot).<br \/><br \/><br \/>\u00c4ri\u00fcksuste \u00fclevaade<br \/><br \/>M\u00f6\u00f6blidivisjon<br \/><br \/>M\u00f6\u00f6blidivisjon teenis aruandeaastal 153,7 miljoni kroonise (9,8 miljonit eurot) m\u00fc\u00fcgitulu juures 6,8 miljonit krooni (0,4 miljonit eurot) kasumit. V\u00f5rreldes 2002. aastaga j\u00e4i divisjoni k\u00e4ive samale tasemele, kuid divisjoni uuest strateegilisest arengukavast tuleneva turundus- ja personalikulude kasvu, aga ka uute toodete juurutamise ja toormaterjali hankimise probleemidest tulenenud tarneraskuste t\u00f5ttu teisel poolaastal v\u00e4henes kasumlikkus ligikaudu poole v\u00f5rra.<br \/><br \/>2003. aasta jooksul koostati m\u00f6\u00f6blidivisjoni strateegiline arengukava, mis on suunatud m\u00f6\u00f6bli m\u00fc\u00fcgimahtude olulisele suurendamisele j\u00e4rgnevatel perioodidel. Arengukavast l\u00e4htuvalt tehti muudatusi organisatsiooni struktuuris, kuhu lisandus 12 uut juhti ja spetsialisti, tugevdades eesk\u00e4tt turundusosakonda, inseneri- ja logistikateenistust.<br \/><br \/>Eksport moodustas 2003. aastal 91,6% divisjoni m\u00fc\u00fcgik\u00e4ibest; suurimad turud olid Soome, Rootsi, Venemaa ja Saksamaa.<br \/><br \/>Spordikaupade divisjon<br \/><br \/>Spordikaupade divisjoni m\u00fc\u00fcgitulu oli 2003. aastal 71,8 miljonit krooni (4,6 miljonit eurot) ning kahjum 24,5 miljonit krooni (1,6 miljonit eurot).<br \/><br \/>Suuskade m\u00fc\u00fck moodustas 67%, hokikeppide m\u00fc\u00fck 20% ja spordikaupade jae- ja hulgim\u00fc\u00fck 13% divisjoni k\u00e4ibest.<br \/><br \/>K\u00e4ibe langus tulenes eesk\u00e4tt aasta alguses tootmisprobleemide lahendamise eesm\u00e4rgil valitud tootmismahtude v\u00e4hendamise strateegiast. Klientide (peamiselt hilinenud tarnetest tulenenud) reklamatsioonide ja n\u00f5utavale kvaliteedistandardile mittevastavate suuskade suure mahu t\u00f5ttu olid tootmisprobleemid peamiseks kahjumi allikaks. Lisaks kajastavad 2003. aasta tulemused erakorralise iseloomuga kulusid summas 6,8 miljonit krooni (0,4 miljonit eurot), mille p\u00f5hjustasid eelmiste perioodide reklamatsioonid, allahindlused ning pooltoodangu v\u00e4\u00e4rtuse v\u00e4hendamine. IV<br \/>kvartalis hinnati t\u00e4iendavalt alla 6,8 miljoni krooni (0,4 miljonit eurot) ulatuses divisjoni p\u00f5hivara.<br \/><br \/>Vaatamata probleemidele t\u00e4ideti p\u00f5hiosas k\u00f5ikide suuremate klientide tellimused ning divisjoni kliendisuhted j\u00e4id 2003. aasta jooksul heaks. Taastati koost\u00f6\u00f6 suurkliendi Atomicuga. 2004. aasta m\u00fc\u00fcgi- ja tootmisplaan on tellimustega kaetud, kuid tootmisprobleemide minimeerimiseks on divisjon v\u00e4hendanud tellimuste v\u00f5tmist keerukama konstruktsiooniga suuskadele.<br \/><br \/>Positiivne oli hokikeppide m\u00fc\u00fcgi kasv 2003. aastal kolmandiku v\u00f5rra. Talve hilise saabumise t\u00f5ttu j\u00e4i planeeritust tagasihoidlikumaks muude talvekaupade (suusasaapad, -kepid, -m\u00e4\u00e4rded jms) m\u00fc\u00fck.<br \/><br \/>Eksport moodustas 2003. aasta m\u00fc\u00fcgitulust 83%; suurimad eksportturud olid USA, Norra, Soome ja Kanada.<br \/><br \/>Ehitusmaterjalide divisjon<br \/><br \/>Ehitusmaterjalide divisjoni 2003. aasta majandustulemus oli rekordiline: 94,9 miljonit krooni (6,1 miljonit eurot) k\u00e4ivet ja 19,5 miljonit krooni (1,2 miljonit eurot) kasumit. V\u00f5rreldes eelmise aastaga kasvas k\u00e4ive 8% ja kasum 14%.<br \/><br \/>Majandustulemuste t\u00f5usu p\u00f5hjusteks on p\u00f5hiliini tooteportfelli optimeerimine k\u00f5rgema rentaablusega toodangu suunas. Sellist optimeerimist v\u00f5imaldas eelk\u00f5ige divisjoni toodangu k\u00f5rge n\u00f5udlus sise- ja l\u00e4hiturgudel. Edukalt l\u00e4ks ka k\u00f5rgema v\u00e4\u00e4ristusastmega Isotex<br \/>siseviimistlusplaatide m\u00fc\u00fcgi suurendamine, mis kasvas 28%ni kogum\u00fc\u00fcgist (2002. aastal 22%).<br \/><br \/>Eksport moodustas 56% divisjoni kogum\u00fc\u00fcgist; suurimad turud olid traditsiooniliselt Soome ja Holland.<br \/><br \/>Puidudivisjon<br \/><br \/>Puidudivisjoni m\u00fc\u00fcgitulu oli 2003. aastal 99,1 miljonit krooni (6,3 miljonit eurot), millest 25 miljonit krooni (1,6 miljonit eurot) moodustas ettev\u00f5ttesisene m\u00fc\u00fck. V\u00f5rreldes eelmise aastaga kasvas divisjoni k\u00e4ive 33%. Puidudivisjoni all\u00fcksustest oli saeveski ja kuivatikompleksi koguk\u00e4ive 33,7 miljonit krooni\/2,2 miljonit eurot (kasv 3% v\u00f5rreldes 2003. aastaga) ning liimkilbivabriku k\u00e4ive 65,4 miljonit krooni\/4,2 miljonit eurot (kasv 58% v\u00f5rreldes 2003. aastaga). Divisjoni majandustegevuse tulemiks kujunes aruandeaastal 52,9 miljonit krooni (3,4 miljonit eurot) kahjumit. Kogutulemist moodustasid 34,4 miljonit krooni (2,2 miljonit krooni) divisjoni sulgemisotsusest tulenevad allahindlused ja provisjonid.<br \/><br \/>Vaatamata m\u00fc\u00fcgitulu kasvule j\u00e4tkas divisjoni 2003. aastal p\u00f5hitegevustest kahjumi teenimist. Madal hinnatase, mis tuleneb \u00fcletootmisest Euroopa turul, ja p\u00fcsikulude k\u00f5rge tase ei v\u00f5imalda divisjoni kasumlikku opereerimist. Lisaks h\u00e4iris puidudivisjoni t\u00f6\u00f6d suur toormaterjali nappus 4. kvartalis.<br \/><br \/>Eksport moodustas 45% divisjoni kogum\u00fc\u00fcgist; suurimad turud olid Taani, Saksamaa ja \u00dchendkuningriik.<br \/><br \/><br \/>Restruktureerimine<br \/><br \/>Ettev\u00f5tte bilansi tugevdamiseks ja p\u00f5hitegevusele (m\u00f6\u00f6blitootmisele) keskendumise v\u00f5imaldamiseks on vastu v\u00f5etud j\u00e4rgmised otsused:<br \/><br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 m\u00fc\u00fca ehitusmaterjalide divisjon;<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 m\u00fc\u00fca spordikaupade divisjon;<br \/>&#8211;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 sulgeda puidudivisjon ja m\u00fc\u00fca v\u00f5i rentida selle p\u00f5hivarad.<br \/><br \/>Eeltoodud otsustest l\u00e4htuvalt hinnati aruandeaasta IV kvartalis alla puidudivisjoni ja spordikaupade divisjoni p\u00f5hivarad vastavalt iga \u00fcksiku p\u00f5hivara \u00fchiku turuv\u00e4\u00e4rtuse hindamisele. Kuna spordikaupade divisjon m\u00fc\u00fcgiprotsess ja puidudivisjoni varade m\u00fc\u00fck\/rent on veel pooleli, ei saa v\u00e4listada, et divisjonide m\u00fc\u00fcgihind tervikvarana v\u00f5ib s\u00f5ltuvalt ostja \u00e4riplaanist ja muudest asja-oludest kujuneda oluliselt k\u00f5rgemaks bilansis kajastatud \u00fcksikute varade hindamise teel leitud v\u00e4\u00e4rtusest.<br \/><br \/>Puidudivisjoni p\u00f5hivarade allahindluse kogusumma moodustab 31,3 mln krooni; sellele lisanduvad koondamistasude reserv summas 1,9 mln krooni ning sulgemisega seotud varude allahindlused 1,2 mln krooni.<br \/><br \/>Spordikaupade divisjoni p\u00f5hivara allahindluste kogusumma on 6,8 mln krooni.<br \/><br \/>Kokku on ettev\u00f5tte restruktureerimisega seotud allahindluste ja reservide kogusumma 41,2 mln krooni.<br \/><br \/>ASi Viisnurk n\u00f5ukogu ja juhatus usuvad, et v\u00f5imalus keskenduda p\u00f5hitegevusele ja tugevam finantspositsioon p\u00e4rast restruktureerimise l\u00f5puleviimist v\u00f5imaldab ettev\u00f5ttel liikuda oma peamise eesm\u00e4rgi (saada juhtivaks m\u00f6\u00f6blitootjaks Baltikumis) poole, s\u00e4ilitades seejuures kasumlikkuse. 2004. aasta
