{"id":12947,"date":"2003-02-27T11:41:00","date_gmt":"2003-02-27T11:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nordicfibreboard.com\/investors\/esialgsed-majandustulemused-2002\/"},"modified":"2003-02-27T11:41:00","modified_gmt":"2003-02-27T11:41:00","slug":"esialgsed-majandustulemused-2002","status":"publish","type":"investors","link":"https:\/\/www.nordicfibreboard.com\/et\/investor\/esialgsed-majandustulemused-2002\/","title":{"rendered":"Esialgsed majandustulemused 2002"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a name=\"top\"><\/a>Tegevusalad <br \/><br \/>AS Viisnurk koosseisu kuulus 2002. aastal iseseisvate tulemus\u00fcksuste staatuses neli \u00e4ri\u00fcksust:<br \/>&#8211; M\u00f6\u00f6blivabrik &#8211; toodab elukondlikku m\u00f6\u00f6blit, kasutades materjalidena eesk\u00e4tt m\u00e4nni ja kase t\u00e4ispuitu\u00a0 ning t\u00e4ispuidust kilpkonstruktsioone.<br \/>&#8211; Spordikaupade divisjon &#8211; tegevus h\u00f5lmab kolme valdkonda: murdmaasuuskade ja hokikeppide tootmine ning spordi- ja vabaajatarvete vahendus.<br \/>&#8211; Kiudplaadivabrik &#8211; toodetakse pehmetel puitkiudplaatidel baseeruvat kahte iseseisvat tootekatergooriat: \u00fcldehitusplaate, mida kasutatakse soojus- ja heliisolatsiooni otstarbel ning seinte ja lagede dekoreerimiseks m\u00f5eldud siseviimistlusplaate.<br \/>&#8211; Liimpuiduvabriku &#8211; toodetakse liimpuitkilpe, mis on p\u00f5hiliseks sisendiks m\u00f6\u00f6blit\u00f6\u00f6stusele t\u00e4ispuidust m\u00f6\u00f6bli valmistamisel.<br \/><br \/>Tugi\u00fcksustena kuuluvad ettev\u00f5tte koosseisu metsakeskus (puitmaterjalide hankimine ja saematerjalide tootmine), katlamaja (soojusenergia tootmine) ja tehniline teenistus (hoonete, masinate ja seadmete hooldus ning transpordi korraldamine). Lisaks teenitakse tulu renditegevusest ja ettev\u00f5tte territooriumil asuvate s\u00f6\u00f6klate opereerimisest.<br \/><br \/><br \/>Majandustegevuse \u00fclevaade<br \/><br \/>Netok\u00e4ive<br \/><br \/>AS Viisnurk netok\u00e4ive oli 2002. aastal 367,5 miljonit krooni (23,5 miljonit eurot). V\u00f5rreldes eelmise aastaga suurenes ettev\u00f5tte k\u00e4ive 5,9%. Ettev\u00f5tte \u00e4ri\u00fcksustest saavutasid k\u00e4ibemahu kasvu v\u00f5rreldes 2001. aastaga liimpuiduvabrik (k\u00e4ive rohkem kui kahekordistus) ja kiudplaadivabrik (k\u00e4ibe kasv 11%). M\u00f6\u00f6blivabriku ja spordikaupade divisjoni k\u00e4ive j\u00e4i eelmisel aastal saavutatule alla. Muude tegevuste k\u00e4ive kasvas ligikaudu 20% eelk\u00f5ige metsakeskuse suurenenud ettev\u00f5ttesisese m\u00fc\u00fcgi arvelt. V\u00f5rdluseks teeniti 2001. aastal 19,4 miljonit krooni (1,2 miljonit eurot) puhaskasumit. Viisnurga intresside ja kulumieelne kasum ehk EBITDA oli 17,9 miljoni krooniga (1,1 miljoni euroga) positiivne. Bilansi aktiva poolel v\u00e4henes eelk\u00f5ige spordikaupade divisjoni varude kuludesse kandmise t\u00f5ttu ettev\u00f5tte varude maht ligikaudu 20% ehk 15 miljonit krooni (1,0 miljonit eurot). Ettev\u00f5tte p\u00f5hivarade maht kasvas aastaga 6,3 miljonit krooni (0,4 miljonit eurot). Passiva poolel v\u00e4henesid l\u00fchiajalised kohustused 9,3 miljonit krooni (0,6 miljonit eurot) ja omakapital aruandeaasta kahjumi v\u00f5rra 18,7 miljonit krooni(1,2 miljonit eurot). Pikaajaliste kohustuste maht suurenes 16,3 miljonit krooni (1,0 miljonit eurot).<br \/><br \/>Olenemata 2002. aasta kahjumist oli Viisnurga \u00e4ritegevuse rahak\u00e4ive aruandeaastal 21,8 miljoni krooniga (1,4 miljoni euroga) positiivne. See on vaid 25% ehk 7,2 miljonit krooni (0,5 miljonit eurot) v\u00e4hem kui 2001. aastal. Positiivse \u00e4ritegevuse rahak\u00e4ive v\u00f5imaldasid \u00fchelt poolt mitterahalise kulu &#8211; kulumi suur osa (26,7 miljonit krooni (1,7 miljonit eurot)) kahjumi kujunemisel ning teiselt poolt k\u00e4ibevarade (eelk\u00f5ige varude) v\u00e4henemise positiivne m\u00f5ju summas 14,7 miljonit krooni (0,9 miljonit eurot). Investeeringuteks kasutati aruandeaastal raha 28,5 miljonit krooni (1,8 miljonit eurot) ning laenude j\u00e4\u00e4k suurenes aastaga 3,4 miljonit krooni (0,2 miljonit eurot).<br \/><br \/><br \/>\u00c4ri\u00fcksuste \u00fclevaade<br \/><br \/>M\u00f6\u00f6blivabrik<br \/><br \/>M\u00f6\u00f6blivabrik teenis aruandeaastal 156,2 miljoni krooni (10,0 miljoni euro) juures 15,2 miljonit krooni (1,0 miljonit eurot) kasumit. V\u00f5rreldes 2001. aastaga j\u00e4i vabriku k\u00e4ive praktiliselt muutumatuks, k\u00fcll v\u00e4henes majandustegevuse kasum 7,8 miljonit krooni (0,5 miljonit eurot) ehk 34%. Tagasihoidlikuks j\u00e4id m\u00f6\u00f6blivabriku majandustulemused aasta teisel poolel. Kui aasta esimesel poolel saavutati korralik k\u00e4ibe kasv ja kasumlikkus (vastavalt 89 miljonit krooni (5,7 miljonit eurot) k\u00e4ivet ja 12 miljonit krooni (0,8 miljonit eurot) majandustegevuse kasumit) siis teisel poolaastal teeniti 67,2 miljoni krooni (4,3 miljoni euro) k\u00e4ibe juures 3,2 miljonit krooni (0,2 miljonit eurot) kasumit. K\u00e4ibe ja kasumlikkuse v\u00e4henemise p\u00f5hjustas k\u00f5rgema rentaablusega p\u00f5hiklientidelt tellimuste \u00e4ra\u00fctlemine, kes viitasid tarbimise \u00fcldisele n\u00f5rkusele m\u00f6\u00f6bliturul. Uute klientide ja stabiilsete tellimuste leidmine v\u00f5tab seniste kogemuste kohaselt m\u00f6\u00f6blisektoris aega kuni pool aastat, mist\u00f5ttu vabrikul ei \u00f5nnestunud aasta l\u00f5pus saada olulises mahus lisatellimusi. M\u00f6\u00f6blivabriku suuremad kliendid olid 2002. aastal IKEA Trading 59,6 miljoni krooniga (3,8 miljoni euroga)(erinevad allhanketooted) ja Boknas Huonekalut 44 miljoni krooniga (2,8 miljoni euroga)(antiikstiilis kodukontori m\u00f6\u00f6bel). M\u00fc\u00fck Vene turule moodustas kokku 23,9 miljonit krooni (1,5 miljonit eurot), kuhu m\u00fc\u00fcdi p\u00f5hiosas samuti antiikstiilis m\u00f6\u00f6blit.<br \/>2002. aastal viidi p\u00f5hiosas l\u00f5pule m\u00f6\u00f6blivabriku laiendamine olemasoleval territooriumil, mis loob v\u00f5imalused saavutada vabriku aastaseks tootmisv\u00f5imsuseks ligikaudu 200 miljonit krooni (12,8 miljonit eurot). Selleks investeeriti aasta jooksul 15,1 miljonit krooni (1,0 miljonit eurot) &#8211; suurimaks objektiks oli senise kitsaskoha &#8211; montaa\u017eijaoskonna v\u00e4ljaehitamine.<br \/><br \/><br \/>Spordikaupade divisjon<br \/><br \/>Spordikaupade divisjonile netok\u00e4ive oli 2002. aastal 83,1 miljonit krooni (5,3 miljonit eurot), v\u00e4henedes aasta jooksul 4%. 2001. aastal teenitud 5,6 miljoni krooni (0,4 miljoni euro) majandustegevuse kasumi asemel aga j\u00e4\u00e4di aruandeaastal 14,5 miljoni krooniga (0,9 miljoni euroga) kahjumisse, kusjuures sellest kahjumist 12,6 miljonit krooni (0,8 miljonit eurot) saadi neljandas kvartalis. Divisjoni suure kahjumi p\u00f5hjustena v\u00f5ib v\u00e4lja tuua j\u00e4rgmist:<br \/>&#8211; Vaatamata keeruliste ja k\u00f5rgema omahinnaga suusamudelite osakaalu t\u00f5usule tooteportfellis langes m\u00fc\u00fcdavate suuskade keskmine hind 2002. aastal v\u00f5rreldes eelmise perioodiga ligikaudu 10%. Hindade languse peap\u00f5hjusena v\u00f5ib esile tuua hinnasurvet odavamas tootmiskeskkonnas tegutsevatelt konkurentidelt.<br \/>&#8211; Divisjoni tootmise v\u00f5imetus kohaneda tootmisnomenklatuuri olulise muutusega t\u00f5i kaasa lisakulusid p\u00f5himaterjalide, t\u00f6\u00f6liste palgakulude ja kvaliteedikulude osas. 2002. aastal toodetud 198,4 tuhandest suusapaarist moodustas CAP konstruktsiooniga suuskade osakaal peaaegu 70%, 2001. aastal oli vastava konstruktsiooniga suuskade osat\u00e4htsus aga alla 30%-i.<br \/>&#8211; Seoses vanemat t\u00fc\u00fcpi suusakonstruktsioonide (plastik ja EPO k\u00fcljega suusad) tootmise l\u00f5petamisega alates 2003. aasta algusest koostati plaan 106 t\u00f6\u00f6taja koondamiseks ja moodustati selleks koondamistasude reserv summas 1,2 miljonit krooni (0,1 miljonit eurot). Lisaks kanti kuludesse 7,2 miljoni krooni (0,5 miljoni euro) eest p\u00f5hivarasid, materjalide ning l\u00f5petamata ja valmistoodangu varusid, mille kasutamine 2003. aasta tootmis- ja m\u00fc\u00fcgiprotsessis ei ole v\u00f5imalik. Plastik ja EPO k\u00fcljega suuski toodeti veel 2001. aastal 152,3 tuhat paari ning 2002. aastal 63,5 tuhat paari.<br \/>&#8211; 2002. aastal hinnati ebat\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt laekuvaks 1,4 miljoni krooni (0,1 miljonit euro) eest spordikaupade divisjoni debitoorset v\u00f5lgnevust<br \/>&#8211; suurimas summas 1,14 miljonit krooni (0,1 miljonit eurot) n\u00f5ue pankrotistunud firmale Peltonen\u00a0 Ski OY.<br \/>&#8211; Planeeritud tootmis- ja m\u00fc\u00fcgimahte ei saavutatud hokikeppide tootmises, mis j\u00e4i 2002. aasta kokkuv\u00f5ttes kahjumisse. Spordikaupade divisjoni suurimad kliendid murdmaasuuskade osas olid 2002. aastal Rossignol Ski 14,6 miljoni krooniga (0,9 miljoni euroga), Atomic 11,5 miljoni krooniga (0,7 miljoni euroga) ja Norra firma Gresvig Kjededrift AS 5,4 miljoni krooniga (0,3 miljoni euroga). Hokikeppide olulisemad koost\u00f6\u00f6partnerid olid aruandeaastal Kanada firma I-Tech, \u0160veitsi firma W\u00fcthrich Sport AG ja Soome firma Urheilut &amp;amp;amp;amp; Kalastus Oy.<br \/><br \/><br \/>Kiudplaadivabrik<br \/><br \/>Kiudplaadivabriku majandustulemuseks oli aruandeaastal 79,8 miljonit krooni (5,1 miljonit eurot) k\u00e4ivet ja 17,1 miljonit krooni (1,1 miljonit eurot) kasumit. V\u00f5rreldes eelmise aastaga kasvas k\u00e4ive 11%, kasum aga v\u00e4henes 3,5 miljonit krooni (0,2 miljonit eurot) ehk 17%. Kiudplaadivabriku majandustulemustele avaldas suurimat m\u00f5ju tootmissisendite hinnat\u00f5us eelk\u00f5ige p\u00f5hitooraine laastu ja elektri hinna t\u00f5usu n\u00e4ol. Lisaks j\u00e4i v\u00f5rreldes eelmise aastaga tagasihoidlikkumaks aasta alguse m\u00fc\u00fck, mis ei v\u00f5imaldanud vabrikul kahe kuu jooksul t\u00f6\u00f6tada pideva ts\u00fckliga ning v\u00e4hendas seel\u00e4bi tootmise efektiivsust. Kiudplaadivabriku m\u00fc\u00fcgist 22% moodustas k\u00f5rgema v\u00e4\u00e4ristusastmega ja suurema marginaaliga Isotex siseviimistlusplaatide k\u00e4ive ning 78% peamiselt \u00fcldehitusmaterjalina k\u00e4sitletava Isoplaadi k\u00e4ive. 2001. aastal oli vastav vahekord 27% ja 73%.<br \/>Kiudplaadivabriku suurimad kliendid 2002. aastal olid Hollandi firma Saffier 18,6 miljoni krooniga (1,2 miljoni euroga) ning Soome firmad Suomen Kuitulevy ja Rautakesko vastavalt 9,8 miljoni ja 8,1 miljoni krooniga (0,6 miljoni ja 0,5 miljoni euroga). Kiudplaadivabriku m\u00fc\u00fcgist moodustas olulise osa ka m\u00fc\u00fck kohalikule turule summas 29,3 miljonit krooni (1,9 miljonit eurot).<br \/><br \/><br \/>Liimpuiduvabrik<br \/><br \/>2002. aasta oli liimpuiduvabriku jaoks esimene majandustegevuse t\u00e4isaasta, mille v\u00e4ltel j\u00e4\u00e4di 41,4 miljoni kroonise (2,6 miljoni euro) koguk\u00e4ibe juures 13,1 miljoni krooniga (0,8 miljoni euroga) kahjumisse. V\u00f5rreldes 2001. aastaga k\u00e4ive k\u00fcll enam kui kahekordistus kuid sellest hoolimata suurenes kahjum ligi 1 miljoni krooni (0,1 miljoni euro) v\u00f5rra. Liimpuiduvabriku kahjumi peap\u00f5hjuseks oli j\u00e4tkuvalt v\u00e4ike tootmismaht, mis ei v\u00f5imalda katta p\u00fcsikulusid. N\u00e4iteks moodustas ligi poole vabriku kahjumist kulum. Madala tootmismahu tingisid omakorda \u00fchelt poolt piiratud kliendibaas, mis ei v\u00f5imaldanud saada standardiseeritud suurtellimusi ning teiselt poolt puudulik esmasjuhtimise tase ja t\u00f6\u00f6liste madal kvalifikatsioon ja motivatsiooni puudumine.<br \/>Probleemide lahendamiseks liimpuiduvabrikus kaasati 2002. aastal suurtootmise kogemustega konsultante tootmisprotsesside korrastamiseks ja t\u00f6\u00f6liste v\u00e4lja\u00f5ppe t\u00f5hustamiseks ning korrigeeriti vabriku operatiivplaneerimise ja kvaliteedikontrolli s\u00fcsteeme. Nende tegevuste esimesed tulemused ilmnesid 2002. aasta neljandas kvartalis kus vabriku \u00fche kuu tootmismaht oli novembris rekordiline, \u00fcletades eelmise kuu tippmahu ligikaudu 40%-ga. Koguseliselt toodeti 2002. aastal 4425 m\u00b3 m\u00e4nnikilpi ja 640 m\u00b3 kasekilpi. Suurimad kliendid olid Viisnurga oma m\u00f6\u00f6blivabrik summas 19,3 miljonit krooni (1,2 miljonit eurot) (47%) ja Taani m\u00f6\u00f6blitootja Bodilsen 5,4 miljoni krooniga (0,3 miljoni euroga). \u00dclej\u00e4\u00e4nud suuremate klientide m\u00fc\u00fcgimahud j\u00e4id 1-2 miljoni krooni (0,1 miljoni euro) vahele.<br \/><br \/><br \/>Tugitegevused<br \/><br \/>Keskse puiduhanke ja esmase t\u00f6\u00f6tlemise maht Viisnurga metsakeskuses oli 2002. aastal kokku 62,5 miljonit krooni (4,0 miljonit eurot), millest 66% moodustas ettev\u00f5ttesisene m\u00fc\u00fck. 2002. aastal valitsenud ebasoodsa situatsiooni t\u00f5ttu tooraineturul j\u00e4i metsakeskuse t\u00f6\u00f6 ebaefektiivseks ning majandustegevuse tulemuseks kujunes 4,3 miljonit krooni (0,3 miljonit eurot) kahjumit, millest 3 miljonit krooni (0,2 miljonit eurot) saadi IV kvartalis.<br \/><br \/>Katlamaja tulemused koguk\u00e4ibe osas olid 2002. aastal 22,2 miljonit krooni (1,4 miljonit eurot), mis on ligikaudu 13% rohkem kui eelmisel aastal. Koguk\u00e4ibest\u00a0 85% moodustas \u00e4risegmentide vaheline k\u00e4ive. M\u00fc\u00fck ettev\u00f5ttest v\u00e4lja oli 3,4 miljonit krooni (0,2 miljonit eurot)(2001. aastal 3,3 miljonit krooni (0,2 miljonit eurot)) ja majandustegevuse kasumiks kujunes 150 tuhat krooni (10 tuhat eurot)(2001. aastal 500 tuhat krooni (32 tuhat eurot)).<br \/><br \/>Tehniline teenistus tegeleb tootmisseadmete, tehniliste kommunikatsioonide hooldamise ja korrashoiuga, valmistab tehnoloogilisi eriseadmeid p\u00f5hitootmistegevustele, ning haldab ja korraldab elektrik\u00e4itu. 2002. aasta t\u00f6\u00f6de rahaline kogumaht oli 18,1 miljonit krooni (1,2 miljonit eurot), v\u00e4henedes aastaga ligi 36%.<br \/><br \/><br \/>Tulevikuperspektiivid<br \/><br \/>AS Viisnurk peaeesm\u00e4rgid on 2003. aastal luua kasumile orienteeritud kliendikeskne organisatsioon, korrastada p\u00f5hiprotsessid, saavutada j\u00e4tkuv k\u00e4ibe kasv ja j\u00f5uda tagasi kasumisse.<br \/><br \/><br \/>P\u00f5hitegevusalade l\u00f5ikes on olulisemad tulevikuperspektiivid j\u00e4rgmised:<br \/><br \/>M\u00f6\u00f6blidivisjon<br \/><br \/>M\u00f6\u00f6blidivisjoni peaeesm\u00e4rkideks on kliendikeskse turundusorganisatsiooni mudeli juurutamine, m\u00fc\u00fcgi kiire aktiviseerimine ning j\u00e4rsk protsesside efektiivistamine l\u00e4bi \u00fchtse divisjoni loomise olemasolevate metsakeskuse, liimpuiduvabriku ja m\u00f6\u00f6blivabriku liitmisel. 2003. aastaks on m\u00f6\u00f6bli m\u00fc\u00fcgiks s\u00f5lmitud uued lepingud IKEA (Rootsi) ja OTTO-ga (Saksamaa), liimpuiduvabrikus j\u00e4tkub 2002. a. IV kvartalis alanud tootmismahtude t\u00f5us.<br \/><br \/>Spordikaupade divisjon<br \/><br \/>Spordikaupade divisjoni peaeesm\u00e4rgid on murdmaasuuskade tootmismahu optimeerimine ning hokikeppide ja spordi- ja vabaajakaupade hulgim\u00fc\u00fcgi mahu kasvatamine. Kliendiriskide optimeerimisel on eesm\u00e4rgiks pikaajaliste kliendisuhete loomine ja oma toodete (VISU, MAXX) arendamine. J\u00e4rgmiseks hooajaks on allakirjutamisel lepingud murdmaasuuskade m\u00fc\u00fcgiks Rossignolile, Exelile (Soome) ja Skilomile (Norra). K\u00e4ivitatud on divisjoni organisatsiooni reorganiseerimine\u00a0ja tootmisprotsesside \u00fcmberkorraldamine.<br \/><br \/>Ehitusmaterjalide divisjon<br \/><br \/>Ehitusmaterjalide divisjoni peaeesm\u00e4rgiks on olemasolevate positsioonide s\u00e4ilitamine ja oma toodetega (eelk\u00f5ige ISOTEX) uute sihtturgude h\u00f5ivamine.
